Five Boroughs Capital is a commercial financing brokerage. We help business owners request commercial financing — including merchant cash advances, working capital, business lines of credit, equipment financing, term financing, and SBA-related options — and we work with third-party funding providers who evaluate and, in their sole discretion, approve or decline requests. We are not a bank.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Business contact information (business name, DBA, address, phone, email).
• Owner and authorized representative contact information (name, title, email, phone).
• Business ownership, formation, and identification information (entity type, state of formation, EIN, ownership percentages, and, where required by a funding provider, government-issued identification).
• Application information (time in business, industry, funding amount requested, use of funds).
• Business financial documents (typically the last several months of business bank statements) and other underwriting documents a funding provider may request.
• Communications you send us (emails, call notes, SMS messages, form submissions).
• Website usage data (IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, pages viewed, general location derived from IP, and cookie identifiers).

We do not intentionally collect information from children under 16, and our services are directed to businesses and their authorized representatives.

• To evaluate commercial financing requests and route applications to appropriate funding providers.
• To communicate about your application, present available options, and support you during and after funding.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.
• To prevent fraud and misuse and to verify the identity and authority of applicants.
• To comply with applicable laws and to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements.

We may share the information described above with:

• Funding providers, lenders, funders, and underwriting partners who evaluate financing requests and may present offers.
• Service providers that help us operate the business (for example, hosting, email, phone/SMS delivery, document handling, analytics, and security providers), each bound by contractual obligations regarding use of information.
• Payment processors and related business financing partners that are necessary to originate or service financing you accept.
• Legal, regulatory, and safety recipients where we believe in good faith that sharing is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of people or property.
• Successors in the event of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for unrelated consumer marketing. Any sharing with third parties is for the purpose of evaluating, offering, or servicing commercial financing, or otherwise operating our business as described above.

When you submit a form, call us, or otherwise provide your contact information, you agree that we and our authorized representatives may contact you by phone (including autodialed or prerecorded calls), email, and SMS text message at the numbers and addresses you provide, for purposes related to your financing request and your relationship with us.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages from a given campaign, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of other communications you have requested (for example, email or phone). Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of any purchase, application, or financing decision.
